Delivery Overview
Delivering your item(s) to you in the shortest time possible is of utmost priority for us. From the point of your order to confirmation of payment and delivery, it will take from 1-3days to have your item(s) delivered to you anywhere in Nigeria. However, Lagos customers enjoy free same-day* delivery for any item(s) purchased from us.
* Some items may take more than 1 day for customers within Lagos State.

Delivery Services Terms and Conditions:
By scheduling or selecting delivery services through Techmall, you agree to be bound by these delivery terms, conditions of use, and the requirements of all guidelines on Techmall.com.ng applicable to the delivery services.
Delivery Services and Site Requirements.
We will provide the Delivery Services you engage us to perform for the ordered product(s), directly or through a third-party service provider, in a professional and efficient manner, consistent with industry standards. The Delivery Services are nonrefundable once service is completed. We will also not disassemble, deconstruct, or break down any product for haul-away service.
Other Terms:
We may amend these Delivery Services terms and conditions at our sole discretion by posting revised terms and conditions on the Techmall.com.ng website. Your continued use of the Delivery Services after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Delivery Services is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability and all other terms in the Conditions of Use. You agree to those terms by scheduling, selecting or using Delivery Services through techmall.com.ng
Charge Note:
You will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed the order. Shippers are selected depending on the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our fulfillment center to your location. Requests for specific shippers outside of the designated partners will not be accommodated.
Delivery date:
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the delivery date, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

- Product’s availability with the Seller
- The destination to which you want the order shipped and the Seller’s location.
Cash on Delivery
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
